Cancellation & Refund Policy
Taiyo Kase (Japan Satisfaction) establishes the following conditions for cancellations and refunds for the experience design service (the "Service").
Article 1 (Basic Policy)
The Service incurs significant design, arrangement, and coordination costs before the experience takes place. Accordingly, if a Participant cancels for their own reasons, the following cancellation fees apply regardless of whether the experience is ultimately delivered.
Article 2 (Cancellation Fees)

The above are standard rates. Where Individual Conditions (booking confirmation notice, etc.) specify otherwise, those terms take precedence.
Article 3 (External Arrangement Costs)
If the Operator has arranged external venues, tickets, artisans, or similar and non-refundable costs have already been incurred, the full amount of such costs will be charged or deducted from any refund, in addition to the cancellation fee above.
Article 4 (Cancellations and Changes by the Operator)
- In cases of cancellation or change due to weather, natural disaster, transportation disruption, venue issues, safety risks, infectious disease response, or other reasonable grounds at the Operator's discretion, the Operator will refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion, after deducting irrecoverable external arrangement costs.
- The Operator shall not be liable for transportation costs, accommodation costs, or other losses incurred by the Participant in such cases.
- If the Operator presents an alternative experience and the Participant agrees, no refund shall be issued.
Article 5 (Refund Method and Timing)
- Refunds shall in principle be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
- Transfer fees, exchange losses, or other costs where the same method cannot be used may be deducted from the refund amount, except where attributable to the Operator.
- Refunds will generally be processed within 14 business days of completion of procedures, though timing may vary depending on financial institution processing.
Article 6 (Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued)
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances (except as required by law):
- No-show or same-day cancellation by the Participant
- Failure to achieve the emotional impact, family response, or relational change the Participant expected
- Inability to participate due to the Participant's own health, physical condition, or lack of preparation
- Participation refused or early departure requested by the Operator due to a violation of the Terms of Service
- Participation while having failed to disclose or insufficiently disclosed required health or accommodation information
Article 7 (How to Request Cancellation)
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or other method that leaves a record. Cancellations by phone alone will not be accepted. The cancellation date is the date on which the Operator confirms receipt in writing (email, etc.).
